Community Cook Off Success!

Well done to our amazing staff and learners who took part in the very first Community Cook Off. Our team, the 'Westgate Whisk Takers', came together to represent Newcastle City Learning - and guess what? We won! 

12 teams from the local community showcased their skills, judged by none other than Michelin-starred chef Kenny Atkinson. The menu? Delicious spatchcock chicken with two sides, and it was all absolutely fantastic! 

What an excellent turnout, full of community spirit and fun. Huge thanks to Northumbria Police for organizing this fantastic event. We can’t wait for next year!
