"Completing my Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administration with Newcastle City Learning has not only provided me with an abundance of hard and soft skills, including IT, project management, communications, planning and organisation, decision making, and problem solving, but has influenced the growth and development of my knowledge surrounding how businesses operate, my role within my company and team, external factors impacting organisations, and government regulations.
The tutors with Newcastle City Learning were continuously supportive, patient, and encouraging, providing thorough teaching and offering assistance throughout each step of the course. When moving to a new job position, I will carry along the useful knowledge, behaviours, and skills I have learned during my enlightening and enjoyable apprenticeship which has helped me boost my career experience.

Not only have I received a Level 3 qualification, but I have also been earning while learning, gaining quality work experience, and widening my knowledge through creating my own portfolio and attending in-person lessons. Earning this qualification has meant I feel confident when considering my future career path, and I am immensely grateful that I have had the opportunity to be apart of course that is have been incredibly beneficial to my professional and personal life."
